Rodolphe Soret, PhD

Dr. Soret holds a M.Sc. in Human Food and Nutrition Science and a Ph.D. in neuro-gastroenterology. As part of his training, he made significant advances in the understanding of the impact of nutritional factors on the enteric nervous system. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Pilon laboratory, where he pioneered the development of mouse models for Hirschsprung disease and played a leading role in the development of Neurenati’s therapy for this disease. His expertise spans from gastroenterology to molecular genetics and includes the use of transgenic mouse models and cutting-edge transcriptomic approaches.
